Isla was able to start trying some fluids and soft foods today. We still do not know if her ileus is gone yet. We are praying for her GI system to wake and start functioning again. Isla is still dealing with a lot of pain from surgery. We are trying to help her get back to sleep tonight...poor girl fell asleep and then they had to start a new IV again (sigh). Tomorrow is a new day...
